Single use graph for just obs, make it only poll if we're currently connected to a monitor

Work in progress, but debatably better than the static line graph... this will poll when paired to a monitor and stop polling when not.

I think this mostly just pulls out the stuff for obs graphs.

Will rename files etc once we have test data to hook up to
