Make NameDeck responsive for cellphones #11

Once all the routes etc. are functional, style the page. Responsive for mobile and web browsers of different size with Pure CSS

It would be great if the app were responsive/ easy to use on cell phones.

(Also I think we should just scratch the idea of using Pure CSS. I like the CSS that we have.)
