Add inactive clubs to clubsReady #68

It would be great to see all past clubs in clubsReady as well. Can you add an attribute (active) and a filter based on that attribute?

Yes!! have you found a way (when pulling club slugs) to include the inactive ones? such as west ham? or national teams
