Refactor app architecture #14

We are currently iterating at a really rapid pace in order to set up an MVP and an initial codebase as quickly as possible.

It is worth to remember to take some time to investigate if the app architecture can be improved once the initial setting up is complete, before the codebase grows, in order to prevent technical debt from accumulating.

We should standardise the naming of folders and files – some are in plural form, while some others are in singular word form.
