/Spase/Software/Execution should allow more than one Installer or Installer should allow more than one URL for Python sofware which is available from both pypi and conda-forge. PyHC encourages (and may require) software to be available from both repositories. With the current spase schema, two //ExecutionEnvironment elements must be used when they only differ by the URL.
