Ci workflow #23

Implemented CI workflow with Github Actions: Setup environment, run example scripts, build documentation (analog to sfs-python). Also includes changes from the 'enhance_doc' branch and I also tried to work in the comments from the pull request. Examples are moved to ./doc/examples with a symbolic link from ./examples (same as in sfs-python).
