Re-added RecalculateNormals call on MeshToNative. This still leads to some funky normals on the rhino test stream, however, generally is preferable over no normals at all. (some further investigation required)
Increased the number of streams/branches/commits that are fetched from 10 to 30.

Default plane was previously completely white, which made it quite difficult to see white geometry on top of. This PR adds a new custom shader (grid pattern of speckle logos) to alleviate this issue.
