Included folder under an excluded one #4

bup doesn't seem to handle including a folder under an excluded one. Need to investigate. Thought I had tested this to work before... hmm..

Also needs to test if this works with rsync type of backup.

Investigated situation for bup, does not work there. Can be worked-around by calling "bup index" one time for every included directory, then calling "bup save". Sent email to bup mailing list about this issue, including a suggested patch.

Also tested rsync, that works fine!
