It is no longer appropriate to call BCH "Bitcoin Cash ABC", even for convenience; this PR reflects that. Also updates default server list.

Ok, but then please fix the other occurrences of the same in that file.

Also, remove the trailing whitespace from that line; that's why travis is failing.
