CCJ Fixes #119

  1. Fixed bug with mouse trackball getting stuck in the corner. RAWMOUSE wasn't being initialized properly. Funny thing is that this bug doesn't affect debug builds so I only discovered it now after downloading the release version.
  2. Removed -q1 from default args. (https://github.com/spice2x/spice2x.github.io/issues/118#issuecomment-1879730938) patch.txt

Ultra nitpick: forgot to remove the "disables vsync" part from the configurator option description
