Adding "Woofer LED" RGB light support for pop'n music #128

Description of change

Enables support for the "Woofer LED R", "Woofer LED G", and "Woofer LED B" lights used in newer iterations of pop'n music. These lights are used specifically for pop'n music "E" and "F" cabinet types.

Testing

Tested on both UniLab and Kaimei Riddles via in-game "LAMP CHECK" mode, and all works as intended.
