DRS Touch Area Resize #156

The actual DRS IR frame uses a non-standard aspect ratio. I've bought a 98 inch IR frame and it's about the right width but it's too long. This is largely not an issue except it means that the tape led doesn't actually cover the full area under the frame. If I could set the active area to be some portion of the frame's area and then use that only, that would fix the problem.

Ended up fixing this myself by lying to the calibration tool but would still be nice to have
