IIDX no longer starts on dual screen display #203

Describe the issue

I usually use it in dual display TDJ mode, and there were no problems up until spice2x-24-07-15, but it stopped starting after spice2x-24-07-17.

It starts normally if I switch to single screen mode.

I haven't had the time to test yet but I think I see the issue (combination of nod3d9devhook and hiding subscreen window) - will take a look soon.

seems to be caused by #198
