Eg:

I would try:

segmenting on the T1w data (not the reconstructed UNI)
using the new contrast-agnostic model
segmenting on the B1map directly (instead of segmenting the MP2RAGE and then registering the B1map)

Using the contrast-agnostic model on the UNIT1 works reasonably well.

Example below (swapping between deepseg_sc and contrast-agnostic): ezgif-7-4360c59680
