Manual segmentations needed for some subjects

The following subjects have issues with the cord segmentation and/or vertebral labeling and should be manually corrected. The manual corrections should be uploaded to the data repo on OSF.

MGH:

• [ ] D -> segmentation missing slices
• [ ] R -> segmentation missing slices
• [ ] L -> segmentation missing slices

MNI:

• [ ] D -> "restricting the segmentation and creating mask" step fails. The segmentation is currently being performed on the MP2RAGE "UNI" image. When attempting to segment using the "INV2" image, the segmentation worked. Note: the code could have a if statement so that this particular subject is segmented using the INV2 image. Or alternative segmentation approches could be tried. R -> data not yet on OSF
• [ ] L -> cervical levels off

The code now picks up manual segmentations, so I am closing this issue.
