Excessive motion for `sub-MNI3` #32

While figuring out a registration issue https://github.com/spinal-cord-7t/coil-qc-code/issues/30#issuecomment-2054193312, I noticed a subject displacement in the S-I direction by more than a vertebral level, which is unusual: ezgif-3-ad5cbea4b3

Maybe there was a repositioning? Other explanation? @evaalonsoortiz @dpapp86

A mitigation strategy would be to add a line of code that does a pointwise registration if the manual label exists.

The MP2RAGE sequence was not part of the coilQA protocol, we grabbed these images from the qMRI or fMRI protocols. It is likely that the MP2RAGE was acquired after letter the subject take a break from scanning.
