Consider cropping the SNR maps #56

In my original colab notebook, I used the CoilQA anatomical scans to crop the SNR (and 1/g) maps, it seemed to work pretty well. Requires file splitting and merging, but otherwise simple. It will crop out the colourmap on the extreme right, but it is not that useful anyway.
