Key to link sub1/2/3 to D/L/R needed #59

The files on our servers for the datasets are identified with the letters "D", "L", and "R". The BIDS formatted data uses sub1/2/3 as identifiers. In order to debug issues I need to have a record of what letter corresponds to what number.
