Some phantom data are poorly registered for some sites. Three of the sites are even not showing any slice in the mid-sagittal plane of the reference scan:
This is highly problematic, as the ROI-based signal extraction only covers a small part of the phantom in some of the sites.
What to do? Revisit the labels (esp. in the R-L directions).
