The map only shows one layer at a time #41

Initial problem

Mail from Karin:

Det gäller Helga Ekman som inte ligger inne under Borlänge eller Norberg.

The problem was that the map by default shows Birth places and Helga Ekman was not born in either Borlänge or Norberg.

Suggestion

Make it possible to choose what layers to show and default to all.
