Add halfpipe filename to "Generated using halfpipe cli version" comment in GitHub Actions workflow file #228

GitHub Actions workflow files generated with halfpipe contain a comment, e.g. https://github.com/springernature/http4k-sn-template/blob/main/.github/workflows/gradle-versions-reporter.yml#L1-L2

# Generated using halfpipe cli version 3.131.0
name: gradle-versions-reporter```

It would be very helpful to include the file name of the halfpipe file which was the basis for this generated file, e.g.

# Generated using halfpipe cli version 3.131.0 from file etc/dependency-checks/.halfpipe.io.yml
name: gradle-versions-reporter
