Better flour OreDict integration #56

Need to look into it more. The reason I didn't add much OreDict integration is because I only want it to work with wheat flour specifically, and other mods tend to add recipes for creating generic flours out of other things (barley, oats, rice in HarvestCraft I believe?). Maybe that's not a problem?

I'm 200% with you, I totally avoided Harvestcraft' "flour". I currently have issues with Quadrum, but if I could had I would have break harvestcraft "flour" into multiple items. And I don't even talk about the "spice leaf" and the "curry plant" -_-'
