[1.10.2] Double tall but not fully grown jute plants get saved/loaded wrongly #86

It seems that any partially grown jute plant that takes up 2 block spaces gets reloaded with incorrect blockstates after a save/load (Waila shows 45% grown, the fern is drawn as two HAS_TOP bottom textures, and the top bounding box is negative).
