[FR] use "Today" button just for navigate #55

when bind rule to daily note, when click on Today button, it also create note too.

for now, it doesn't has any way to navigate only. I think this behavior is unnecessary (at least, for me that just navigate and click on today date instead)

Should allow user to disable this behavior.
