Enhancement of calendar based journals #62

Hi,

for intervall based journals there is the possiblitiy to set an End-Date where the journal should end.

I would love to see the in calendar-based journals, too.

Use Case: I work with calendar based weekly Journals for my work-projects to generate a weekly work record which I can get to my customer. If a project is finished I would love to "end" or disable the the corresponding journal, so that no new journal-pages can be created.

I was planing to do this as part v2 bit update - there is ongoing discussion on it in https://github.com/srg-kostyrko/obsidian-journal/issues/54
