For now, there is a button on the top, so when someone enters to web site he is just seeing CV icon and it is not understandable:
Instead of that show a popup message on the right-bottom saying that:
Send us your CV
Then when user opens popup let him to upload his CV and send using Send button:
Get info like: Your Name, Your Phone CV and Comments.
You can add this information on HiddenVacancy as a Questions
