Update delete.md #143

this guide is really ... not what I would recommend to beginner butts. I've known enough beginners know about this path and then just barrel in and get in a tangle that this is upsetting.

I think the core problem is we don't have good diagnostics as to whats gone wrong, nor good guides / tools for how to unstuck yourself. So people just DIY which is dangerous here.

This PR is a minimal change which just emphasises that this is not a casual move. It perhaps should be moved from faq/basic to faq/advanced or dangerous
