Stop recommending patchwork in the getting started guide #169

I think we need a 'choosing a ssb app' section then a guide for getting started with a few apps in this guide as we shouldn't be recommending the end of life'd patchwork.

I still use patchwork as my main SSB client TBH. :x It being EOL hasn't been too much of an issue. It'll likely be a problem once the new feed formats drop though.

I agree with @rabble. Seems to me the getting started guide is mainly aimed at newcomers. What you apparently are not, @RangerMauve.
