Issue 59 transpilation bug #73

Quick bug fix for the generation of names. Now they should all be unique. Since it's like 5 new lines and 3 changed ones, I'll just go ahead and merge this straight away.

Since I based this off the branch that compiles expressions to the underlying C-type, I'll merge this branch into that one.
