Note that all CentOS 8.x builds now (since 25 June 2021) get OpenHPC 2.3 (release notes). This added support for CentOS8.4

Docker images not available yet, check if this PR has merged: https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/10304

Reopening as docker 8.4 image now available.
