Total page error when paging for block list and transaction list

Environment

Blockchain: Private chain
Blockroma Version: v0.1.0
User Agent: MacOS 12.6 and Chrome 105.0.5195.125

Steps to reproduce

The total number of hard-fixed pages is 200.
Page: Blocks list /blocks and transactions list /txs

Expected Behaviour

The total number of pages is dynamic and is taken according to the total number of items in the database.

Actual Behaviour

Calculate the total number of pages based on the returned results and render the page.
