Remove Debian-specific functions #30

The same problem that is described in https://github.com/start-jsk/openrtm_aist_core/issues/25 is happening in all three of these packages. A fix similar to (https://github.com/start-jsk/openrtm_aist_core/pull/31) should suffice.

cc @bchretien - probably in Arch, too.
