tinyvamp

tinyvamp is a package for estimation and removal of measurement error in high-throughput sequencing data.

Full details on the model and estimation method are available in the preprint.

Installation

You can install the development version of tinyvamp from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("statdivlab/tinyvamp")

If you haven’t already, you may need to install fastnnls and logsum, too:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("ailurophilia/fastnnls")
remotes::install_github("ailurophilia/logsum")
remotes::install_github("statdivlab/tinyvamp")
