Decide what to do about a11y elements #122

There's a couple remnants floating around, makes sense to strive for greater accessibility however need to first identify how much these element can do out of the box (and if not using, clean up code)

Have own toast system and a11y seems to be for audio announcing which is probably not required currently. Closing for now
