Fix stats4sd-icons #158

Not sure why but a number of the icons have stopped importing (mode-edit and public for sure), currently importing the main iron-icons file into each template which isn't as efficient

my bad, all custom icons need a prefix (currently 'stats4sd', e.g. 'stats4sd:edit') - previously all icons pulled from main repo despite own set of mirrored stats4sd icons. Should change over all to use stats4sd icons at some point, but closing for now
