This adds support for Münchner Stadtbibliothek via Genios.

Thanks @Pfaufisch for letting us know about the addition of Genios access in https://github.com/stefanw/bibbot/pull/399#issuecomment-1913647871.

@stefanw Would be great if you could take a look and we could get this merged soon. I tested this version on Chrome with my account and it worked.

@Strubbl do you have an idea on how to fix the automatic login?

No, at the moment i do not even understand the login issue, because I have not tested this yet.

When one is logged in before, everything works. Just auto-login by the extension doesn't seem to work.
