The full source code in C# is uploaded here If possible use Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate [VS]. (I try to keep low profile.)

To see the map the GMAP.NET Nuget package plug in required in VS. Guide how to install the package in VS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxSJJfaAzKg Just for info link to the web site.
