Whenever running targets or knitting, seem to get a weird error... #11

I don't really know why, but I will look into this:

System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate. Failed to create bus connection: Host is down

Yeah this happens whenever I run targets::tar_make(). As you have also experienced, some errors occur when creating the targets pipeline. It does work though if i run targets::tar_make() again. I've found that these errors don't occur if I choose an instance type with more memory.

Hm, that makes sense about the memory thing.
