I've finally updated the ukbAid package to easily upload to Zenodo. I've included code to do that for the protocol. You don't need to run it, since you need a token to Zenodo. Just look through the changes to the protocol as well as the pdf, and I will finish with the upload so you can have a DOI to cite the protocol in your manuscript 😁
