Suppementary files in external repository #23

@lwjohnst86 do you have any suggestions on how to put supplementary files for my article in an external repository/on a third party platform? This is not necessary for the manuscript submission and therefore not urgent but may become relevant if it is accepted.

Yea, I think the easiest is to include all files in a single pdf and upload that to a preprint server. I think I have an idea for how to do this in a relatively clean way, but I'll test it out first.
