Add support for V 47. #28

Nothing to do, apart from updating the metadata.json.

Thanks for confirming that the metadata.json update is sufficient to support Gnome 47 (I don't have this version yet, I'll get it with 24.10 which should be out in the coming days).

I already had version 16 pending with some code improvement (here: https://github.com/stephane-13/gnome-shell-extension-dim-background-windows/tree/v16_gnome45-46), so I added your changes above to it, and I've submitted it for review on https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/6313/dim-background-windows/.

Once it's approved and released, I'll close this PR.
