can fullscreen mode be back? #16

haft markdown and half preview seems much well.

or, if set a option to convert between github Flavor and standard flavor??

I've no plans to support GitHub flavoured markdown.

Supporting 'distraction free mode' would be pretty cool, but I don't know when I'll find the time for that. (I'm assuming thats what you mean by fullscreen mode?)
