Bug: `0` (zero between backticks) becomes `` (just backticks) #20

In the post editor, if you have something like 0 WP-Markdown turns it to `` on saving/publishing the post. Not sure what's causing this. Could be a Markdownify bug?

Mmm... I get an error

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /var/www/git/wp-markdown/markdownify/markdownify.php on line 800

Will have to investigate...
