Incompatible with Jetpack Comments #30

Hi @stephenharris,

The plugin does not seem to work with Jetpack enabled. This is also reported by another user here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-markdown-not-working-with-jetpack-comments

Thanks, I'm aware of an incompatibility but I haven't looked into it. But its probably inevitable when you've got two things fighting over the comment text-area.
