Enable in custom field #4

Hello, thanks for this wonderful plugin ; )

I'm wondering how to enable the plugin and toolbar even for custom field textarea.

I'm actually using Custom Field Suite https://github.com/logikal16/custom-field-suite

It should be possible... :), I look into developing a plug-in API for this and I'll post back here with an update.
