The way IRV is currently described, it takes a very long time due to the need to keep voting until only 1 candidate remains. We should be able to speed it up by eliminating/electing candidates early.
Benefits:
Speeds up voting
People get less bored
Negatives:
May make voting more confusing if people don't understand why we stopped early
I'm not sure on how to implement this, and am open to suggestions of how to do so. It is important that it does not affect the result, under any circumstances
