Fine-tune the layout of download links in format column of checkout list #12

Columns in the list are fixed at equal widths. The link label is relatively 
wide and will not fit inside the column without link breaks.

Seems to behave better in 2.6. The link label constrains itself inside the 
fixed size column width by automatically wrapping.
