Display summary information from Overdrive in My Account

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Not sure if possible through the API, but in My Account it would be nice to 
pull in summary info from Overdrive when on the E-items Checked Out tab and 
E-items on Hold tab. The following should be displayed checkout limits, current 
lending periods, direct link to Overdrive.  Display the following:

Checkout limit:5
Titles checked out:2
Checkouts remaining:3

E-book: 21 days
E-audiobook: 14 days

There is no facility in the API to query for lending periods or checkout 
limits. We would have to hardcode the values in the source code, which will 
lead to scaling and maintainence issues.

Can we add a link from the E-items checked out and E-items on Hold tab to the 
user's Overdrive account? That way they can view and change these settings from 
there.
