Overdrive Read link from My Account #16

An e-book can have the option to use Overdrive Read. When clicking on it from 
My Account in EG, it does open, but it does not open in full screen, and in 
full screen is where you see the side bar for controls and TOC -- it looks like 
you can't do anything when opened in the popup, but clicking on full screen 
shows all. Possible to default to full screen?

It's not possible to default to full screen, but perhaps there there are some 
window options that can be turned on to provide a better experience.

Some window options have been applied. Google Chrome browser does not have the 
issue, so the options makes no difference to it.

There are no other changes that can be made beyond this. Downgrading the issue.
