Version 1.11 introduces AMD support, which means we can simplify the coding in 
the source.

We cannot do the update until the version 1.11 is hosted at cdnjs.org.

Now sourcing jquery and jqueryui from Google CDN, where the most recent 
versions are available. Using theme 'ui-lightness'; not sure what the previous 
theme was. Seems to work.
